Gail helps insure that CLD is an excellent steward of all financial assets. She prepares financial reports and assists in budget preparation, grant proposals and reports. She also provides human resources support for CLD staff.

Ron plans, organizes, cultivates and coordinates all aspects of CLD’s comprehensive fund development program, with an emphasis on grant writing and reporting, and event planning and coordination.

Yalonda (CLD '83) is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing CLD’s Self-Discovery/Career Exploration Project, Precious Miss, Rawls Scholars Medicine Initiative and Success Prep programs. She works with schools and community organizations to recruit students and bring further awareness of CLD programs and initiatives.

Tiffany (CLD '88) is responsible for the college readiness programs and initiatives at CLD. These programs are College Prep, SAT Prep, CLD College Prep Conference and College Fair and Emerging CLD Scholars. Her responsibilities also include acquiring and maintaining relationships with college and university partners.
