The Center for Leadership Development depends on more than 100 volunteer program facilitators to accomplish our mission of advancing minoriry youth to be future professional, business and community leaders. Our need for volunteers is always growing.

Volunteers interact with Central Indiana youth using CLD's engaging, hands-on and research- based curriculum. We equip volunteer facilitators with easy-to-use lesson plans and program supplies, and we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support during their service.
